FAQ’s

Allergy Notice: All cookies are made in my home kitchen that may process common food allergies including tree nuts, peanuts, eggs, soy, wheat, and milk.

  • Each cookie is $4-$4.50. The price depends on the amount of detailing on the cookie.

    More details and more colors will increase the price of each cookie.

    The one exception to this price is characters and logos because of the extreme amount of time they take.

    Characters and logos are $5 per cookie.

    For 1 dozen cookies the prices is between $48-$54. Or for characters and logos the prices for 1 dozen is $60.

  • For custom orders, please check the calendar to make sure your desired date is available. If there is availability on your week, please fill out the custom order form here.

    Once I receive your custom order form, I will confirm with you if I can accept your order. Then, you can pay the required $20 deposit online to secure your date.

  • Right now, I only consistently offer one flavor. It’s a vanilla cookie with a vanilla icing. The cookie and the icing have a hint of salted caramel!

    I do occasionally offer other flavors during holiday pre-sales or flash sales. I have offered snickerdoodle and strawberry lemonade. Maybe others in the future!

  • They are standard-size cookies. Usually, between 3.5-4 inches.

  • I do sell custom orders in sizes of 1 dozen minimum. I can sell per cookie over that.

    For instance, if you only wanted 13 or 21. As long as it’s over 1 dozen.

  • All cookies are heat-sealed in a clear bag. They are packaged to stay fresh for one week after the pick-up date. If gifting or eating after the one-week mark, you can freeze the cookies until ready to use.

  • Custom orders are specific to your event. We work together to design a set in which you choose the theme, colors, designs, etc. You can be as involved or uninvolved as you would like in the process!

    Pre-sales are when I design and create cookie sets that you can order ahead of time. They are normally reserved for holidays or important local events (UGA games, etc.)

    Flash sales are when I have extra cookies or make cookies unexpectedly and sell them right then. They are bought on a first come first serve basis.

  • No, unfortunately, Georgia laws prevent me from shipping cookies across state lines for profit.

  • I prefer at least two weeks' notice so that I have ample time to plan. However, if I have availability, I will accept orders with one week's notice.

  • No, I do not offer gluten-free or vegan options at this time.

Due to the amount of time it requires to design and create custom cookies, I must have a no refunds/returns/exchanges policy. (Don’t worry- we will discuss your preferences before you place the custom order to make sure it is designed to your liking!)

If you have placed a deposit for a custom cookie order to secure your date in my calendar but need to cancel the order later, that deposit will not be returned. However, you can use it towards a future order!

If you place an order during a pre-sale and do not pick up your order, a refund will not be issued. (Don’t worry! You get to choose a pick-up date and time before placing the order, and I do try to be flexible if you need to change that date and time if possible.)
